Khwuan and Jane set us up with Verizon. They were polite and professional and seem very committed to learning their trade. I wish them well, hope they get all the recognition they deserve, and am looking forward to seeing the performance of our internet once installed.

Today we were visited by Kurt and Prince from Verizon FiOS. I have to say that they were probably two of the most knowledgeable, kindest, and wonderful people to talk to. Usually when somebody stops by your house, you’re nervous about what they’re going to be selling. They were friendly from the start and so informative. It turns out we were paying way too much for slower service, and they explained everything to us. After talking with them, we had no hesitation signing up with Verizon FiOS. We are so excited! If you are having any questions about your Internet and switching to Verizon, I highly recommend trying to reach out to Kurt and prints and talk to them about switching services. They will help you with any questions you have! Not only that, but I was told if I have any questions I can reach out to them directly. It’s not often that you get service like that anymore. Truth be told I was actually sad when they left because it was so fun talking to them!
